1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or authorized representatives.
A booking is confirmed only after payment (full or partial, as applicable) has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details at the time of booking.
2. Payment & Pricing
All fares and tour prices are clearly stated with no hidden charges.
Payments can be made via cash, online transfer, or approved digital platforms.
Prices may vary during peak seasons or due to government-imposed taxes or fuel rate changes.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip are eligible for a partial refund (after administrative fees).
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before departure) or “no-shows.”
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, or roadblocks), Southshore Journeys reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip, with refunds or rescheduling options provided as applicable.
4. Travel & Service Conditions
Customers are expected to follow safety instructions provided by drivers or guides during the journey.
Southshore Journeys will not be held responsible for delays, loss of luggage, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
All vehicles are regularly maintained and driven by trained professionals, ensuring comfort and safety.
5. Responsibilities of the Traveler
Passengers must carry valid identification and travel documents as required by law.
Any damage caused to the vehicle or property due to negligence will be the customer’s responsibility.
Travelers are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect local customs during the trip.
6. Liability
Southshore Journeys acts as a facilitator for transport, accommodation, and ticketing services.
We are not liable for losses, injuries, or delays caused by third-party vendors, accidents, or natural events.
7. Modifications
Southshore Journeys reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply immediately to new bookings.
